Finance & Operations Manager
We're looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to own the financial and operational backbone of a fast-growing, global spiritual wellness app company. You'll keep our numbers clean, our processes smooth, and help the team scale.
What you'll do
- Own financial reporting, budgeting and cash-flow management
- Handle invoicing, payments and coordinate payroll
- Reconcile app-store and subscription revenue
- Manage vendors, contracts and day-to-day operational processes
- Support compliance and reporting for the US entity
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in finance and/or operations roles
- Strong analytical skills and confidence with spreadsheets / financial reporting
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-driven
- English — upper-intermediate or higher
Nice to have
- Experience in tech / SaaS / mobile app businesses
- Familiarity with US accounting and fintech tools
- Experience with subscription-based revenue models
