Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how MINDMASTERY INC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and shares your personal information when you visit or use our website and services (the "Service") — a wellness and self-improvement application built around a team of AI coaching agents that cover areas such as sleep and energy, recovery, posture and movement, training, nutrition, skin and beauty routines, cycle and hormonal health, longevity and personal presence. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined here.
MINDMASTERY INC, with registered office at 1692 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, USA, is the controller of your personal data. For questions, contact us at support@mysentio.app.
Information We Collect
We collect information to provide, improve, and personalize the Service. This includes:
Personal Information You Provide: Such as name, email, or other details you submit voluntarily (e.g., during quizzes, sign-ups, or the intake questions each agent asks). This also covers the wellness inputs you share with our agents — for example sleep, energy, stress, mood, activity, body, cycle and lifestyle information — and anything you choose to connect or submit: metrics from a wearable device or health account you authorize (WHOOP, Oura, Fitbit, Withings or Garmin), photos you send to an agent for analysis (such as a skin check or a product label), the transcripts of voice drills, and the pose measurements calculated by your device during a posture, movement or form check. Camera and microphone access is used only while you run such a check. Video from a posture, movement or form check stays on your device: only the pose measurements calculated from it are sent to us. For a spoken drill, the recording is sent to a speech-to-text provider so that your words can be transcribed, and is not written to our storage; the acoustic measurements are calculated on your device. A photo you add to your personal profile stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. We may collect sensitive information (e.g., health and wellness details) only with your explicit consent.
Automatically Collected Information: When you interact with the Service, we may collect device information (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system), usage data (e.g., pages viewed, time spent), and log data (e.g., error reports).
Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to analyze usage and deliver personalized content. See "Cookies and Tracking Technologies" below for details.
We minimize data collection to what is necessary and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described. We implement reasonable security measures per FTC guidelines to protect your data.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device to enhance functionality. We use essential cookies for core features and non-essential ones for analytics, advertising, and personalization.
Our Service may use third-party tracking technologies, including:
Meta Pixel: Tracks user interactions (e.g., page views, off-Facebook activity, IP address, referrer headers, event data) to improve ads and analyze performance. Data is shared with Meta only after consent.
Google Analytics: Collects anonymized data on site usage (e.g., sessions, demographics) to understand visitor behavior.
Firebase Crashlytics: Logs app errors for debugging.
Other Tools: Firebase (Google) for authentication and for storing your account, plan and progress data, and similar services.
These tools may collect identifiers to link activity across devices or for targeted advertising. We do not activate non-essential tracking (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) without your explicit consent. Upon first visit, we display a consent banner allowing you to accept, reject, or customize preferences (including opt-out of targeted ads or sensitive data processing). You can withdraw consent anytime via the banner, browser settings, or by contacting us. If you reject, some features may be limited. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals automatically for opt-out requests.

How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to: Provide and maintain the Service. Analyze usage to improve features. Send updates or marketing (with opt-out). Personalize content (e.g., building your daily plan, coaching guidance and wellness estimates from your intake and quiz responses, the inputs you share with an agent and any wearable metrics you connect, with consent). Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects without your consent (where required by state law).
Sharing Your Information
We share data with: Service Providers: Third parties (e.g., hosting and analytics; Firebase / Cloud Firestore for authentication and storage of your account, plan and progress; Solidgate for subscription payments; the AI model providers that generate coaching output, such as OpenAI, Groq and Hugging Face; speech-to-text providers that transcribe a voice drill; and any wearable or health provider you choose to connect) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality. They are prohibited from using it for other purposes. Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights. Business Transfers: In mergers or acquisitions, with notice.
We do not "sell" or "share" your personal information (as defined in CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws) for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising without your explicit opt-in consent.

If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights. Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights (e.g., no denial of Service or higher prices).
For California residents specifically: In the past 12 months, we collected categories like identifiers (e.g., IP, email), internet activity (e.g., browsing history), health and wellness information you shared with an agent, and inferences (e.g., wellness and lifestyle insights such as sleep, recovery or biological-age estimates). We disclosed these to service providers for business purposes but did not sell or share for targeted ads without consent. You can make two free requests per year. Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.

Response time: 45 days (extendable to 90). Authorized agents may submit on your behalf with proof. Appeals: If denied, appeal within 30 days; we respond in 45-60 days.
Security
We use commercially reasonable measures (e.g., encryption, access controls) to protect data. However, no method is 100% secure.
