These Terms of Use govern your use of Sentio, a wellness super-app for women 40+ offering a team of AI wellness agents. By creating an account or using Sentio, you agree to these Terms.

Subscription and billing

Access to Sentio is offered through a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through an external funnel handled by our payment provider, Solidgate. Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period and your payment method is charged at the then-current price until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. To cancel, use the cancellation link in your billing confirmation email or contact support@sentio.app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

Not medical advice

Sentio provides wellness and educational estimates only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a clinician about your health, and never disregard or delay medical advice because of something you read in the app.

Acceptable use

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping it secure.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Service provided "as is"

Sentio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that estimates or outputs are accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentio and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing-law jurisdiction to be specified], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
