Privacy Policy

Sentio is a wellness super-app for women 40+: a team of AI wellness agents covering sleep and energy, beauty, training, meditation, cycle and fertility, and a biological-age estimate. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we store it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Sentio provides wellness and educational estimates only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a clinician about your health.

Information we collect

Account information — the email address you use to sign in (managed through Firebase Authentication).
Wellness inputs — information you share with the agents, such as sleep, energy, stress, cycle, and other inputs used to generate aging and wellness estimates.
Connected wearable metrics (optional) — if you choose to connect a wearable (WHOOP, Oura, Fitbit, Withings, or Garmin), we receive the metrics you authorize from that provider.
On-device photo (optional) — a photo you may add for the "You" experience. This photo stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.

How your information is stored

Your account and wellness data are stored per account in Firebase / Cloud Firestore, so your experience syncs across your sessions. Your optional "You" photo remains local to your device and is not synced to our servers or to Firestore.

Third parties we work with

Firebase (Google) — authentication and per-account data storage in Firestore.
Solidgate — our payment provider. Subscription billing happens in an external funnel; payment details are handled by Solidgate, not stored by Sentio.
Wearable providers (optional) — WHOOP, Oura, Fitbit, Withings, and Garmin, only if you connect them, and only for the metrics you authorize.

These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We share only what is needed to provide the service you requested.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Contact us at support@sentio.app and we will delete your account data from Firebase / Firestore. Your on-device photo can be removed by you directly on your device.

Children

Sentio is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
